Thank you for shopping with Segenseoul. We aim to provide premium quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
1. Returns for Regular (Non-Custom) Products
We accept returns for regular, non-customized t-shirts under the following conditions:
• Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
• All original tags and packaging must be intact.
To request a return, email us at support@segenseoul.com with:
• Order number
• Reason for return
• Clear photos of the product
Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
2. No Returns on Custom Designed Products
Since custom t-shirts are made specifically according to your uploaded design or personalization:
• Custom-designed products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
We do not accept returns for:
• Incorrect size selected by customer
• Change of mind
• Minor color variations due to screen differences
However, if there is a printing defect or damage during delivery, we will review and resolve the issue.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
• A damaged item
• A defective print
• A wrong product
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.
After verification, we will:
• Replace the product, or
• Issue a refund (if replacement not possible)
4. Refund Process
If your refund is approved:
• Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Amount will be credited to the original payment method.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Custom product orders cannot be cancelled once printing has started.
6. Size Exchange Policy
We recommend checking the size chart before placing your order.
Size exchanges may be allowed for regular products (subject to stock availability). Return shipping costs for size exchange may apply.
Custom products are not eligible for size exchange.
