Segenseoul is not responsible for copyright violations made by customers.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders containing inappropriate content.
4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment.
We reserve the right to:
• Cancel orders due to stock unavailability
• Cancel orders suspected of fraud
• Cancel orders containing prohibited content
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier or external factors.
