Custom Design Usage & Copyright Disclaimer

Segenseoul provides a custom t-shirt design feature that allows customers to upload images, text, and artwork for printing on products. By using this feature, you agree to the following terms:
1. Ownership of Uploaded Content
By uploading any image, logo, artwork, or text, you confirm that:
• You own the rights to the content, OR
• You have obtained proper permission from the copyright owner
You are solely responsible for the content you upload.
Segenseoul does not verify ownership of uploaded designs.
2. Prohibited Content
You agree NOT to upload or create designs that contain:
• Copyrighted logos (e.g., brand logos, sports teams, movies, anime)
• Trademarked material without permission
• Offensive, abusive, or hateful content
• Political propaganda or extremist content
• Illegal or unlawful material
• Adult or explicit content
Segenseoul reserves the right to reject or cancel any order containing prohibited content.
3. Copyright Responsibility
Segenseoul is not liable for:
• Copyright infringement
• Trademark violations
• Legal claims arising from customer-uploaded content
If any third-party claim arises due to your uploaded design, you agree to assume full responsibility and indemnify Segenseoul against any legal action.
4. Design Review & Rejection Rights
We reserve the right to:
• Review uploaded content
• Reject inappropriate designs
• Cancel orders without prior notice if content violates our policies
If an order is rejected before production, a full refund will be issued.
5. Printing Limitations
Customers understand that:
• Print colors may slightly vary from screen display
• Minor size or placement differences may occur
• Low-resolution uploads may result in lower print quality
Segenseoul is not responsible for quality issues caused by low-resolution files provided by the customer.
6. Usage of Custom Designs
Segenseoul does not claim ownership of your uploaded designs.
We use the design only for:
• Printing the ordered product
• Order processing
• Customer service support
We do not sell or reuse your custom design without your consent.
7. Agreement
By using the custom design feature and placing an order, you agree to all terms stated in this policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use the custom design service.
