Cancellation Policy

At Segenseoul, we understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy carefully.

Orders for regular (non-custom) products can be cancelled:

• Within 12 hours of placing the order, or
• Before the order has been shipped (whichever is earlier)

To request cancellation, email us at support@segenseoul.com with your order number.

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

Custom-designed t-shirts are made specifically based on your uploaded design.

Therefore:

• Custom orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.
• Once printing has started, cancellation is not allowed.

No refund will be issued once production begins.

If cancellation is approved:

• Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Amount will be credited to the original payment method.

Payment gateway processing time may vary.

Changes to size, design, or address must be requested within 6 hours of placing the order.

After production starts, modifications are not possible.
